Hi guys
Ok, bought a taifun gt this week and had a quick play, haven't filled yet, I just wanted too see what the hype is about since up till now I've been firmly on the kayfun side of the fence.
Few quick questions, since the wick comes out of the gates almost halfway up the tank, when my juice geta below the level of the wicks, I'm guessing I have to tilt n rotate to wick up some juice?
Also, when I wicked and assembled, it went together fine, when I undone the tank, the gate portion rotated with the tank which in turn made the wicks pull back inside as they rotated too, if this makes sense, will this not happen when filled with juice?
And last, I followed a build on you tube where I trimmed the wicks to a mm or so protruding the gates, similar to a evod coil and wick on steroids, too avoid the issue in question 1 could I leave the wick protruding about 10mm and tuck them down to help wick up from lower in the tank or is this not really necessary?
Cheers folks
