Hi all

Been vaping for a while and have went through numerous tanks.

Currently using an iJoy Captain Elite RTA which, when its not leaking, has been working fine. Recently, it has been having issues holding the coil in place, resulting in resistance showing differently every few seconds.

I have been looking around for a while at buying something new which is not rebuildable (I fancy a break from wrapping Coils) but I can't seem to find anything that matches my usual builds.

I usually build at around 0.8-0.9 ohm (much higher than most sub ohm vapers) but I enjoy decent airflow (not wide open) and direct lung which subohm tanks tend to give.

I have been leaning towards the Nautilus 2S, which offers 0.7 ohm coils and a new airflow system (I have the Nautilus 2 but the airflow just isn't enough).

Any suggestions would be very welcome!!

Thanks!

Matt

The last stock coil tank I used that I was quite impressed with was the Smok Spirals Plus tank. Stock coils of 0.3 and 0.6. It's a bit of a restricted lung hit and gives good flavour especially with the 0.3 coil at about 40 watts.

The nautilus 2s is a mtl tank. You can forget that if you're after dtl.

Check out the Freemax mesh Pro or Falcon tank.

Thanks for the response.

From what I have seen, the Nautilus 2S offers mtl and direct lung with the 2 different airflow and the 0.4 and 0.7 ohm coils.

Personally, I'm not a fan of anything below 0.5 ohms. I'm not a cloud chaser. Just enjoy a smooth, reliable menthol vape.

I will certainly look into this more. The 0.6 could sounds like something I could get behind.

I haven't used the 2s but it is primarily a mtl device. It's an upgrade of the 2. In my experience a tank can only do one thing well, mtl or dtl. If you are after restricted lung hits then maybe the 2s will suite you. But it sounds like you like lung hits. In which case I would avoid mtl tanks, even those capable of restrictive lung hits.

Just my 2c.

The "plus" model has a bigger tank so unfortunately you'll only be able to get it from china. Fasttech and the like. You should be able to get the standard tank from this country but it'll only be 2ml.

Been finding Vaporesso NRG tank with GT4 coils at 40 watts good, excellent Tate DTL but not huge clouds.
