Gave temp control a crack today.. Got a SS316 stapled fused Clapton reading 0.19 ohms dry tested the coil till it just singed the cotton then dropped it down a click. Find 50 watts and 460f about perfect.... Not played with temp for a long time. Was a bit of head scratching at first lol

@Fatcapp got around 50 to 60% of the wick in the channels, the rest I have chilling out on the deck. 'Scuse the grotty coil this has been running since Friday evening.

So i have put the mod on charge today via USB connection. Nothing is being displayed on the screen of the mod? Is that normal?
Ive charged it once using mains but cant remember if the screen was on at the time or not..

Thats normal - You can fiddle with the setting in escribe so that the screen displays at low brightness during charging (Start by selecting 25% - and see if thats OK for you)

Hi Sam, yours is showing as delivered on the 8th, so basically check with neighbours and all your bins, down the side of your house, and look for any freshly dug holes in your garden..... if you can't find let CS know and we'll work from there to get another unit sorted.

Spoke to Andy and jac Vapour who gave me the tracking showing it was delivered on Friday the 8th but no red card received. Came home today to find a card through the door dated the 12th. So will collect tomorrow.
