As in address or as in service. They are a small store but the range they stock is great and the staff are friendly

Thee-cigshop has been my main B&M, the Derby Road one was the one I travelled across town to visit and the the old whit one is across the road from me. I've no problem going to any of them(only have issue with one staff member that covers days off in all shops, doesn't have a clue tbh) everyone else is spot on and the owners are bang on for customer relations.
