Here you go... It's really a lack of fruits that keep the numbers lower, plus I probably bought about 15 coconuts to find the ones I like... but I spend time cutting that down to 2 or 3 at the most, because otherwise I never have any idea where to start and I don't believe I need 15 different coconuts to make a coconut tobacco. I'm basically looking for 'which ones work in a tobacco' all the time, if it doesn't then it's not going to work for me regardless of how great the flavour is. I've probably been through hundreds of nut flavours... and ruined hundreds of recipes using TPA peanut butter which is so commonly used, but I realised I can't stand the stuff.

somebody once told me it is useful for tobacco blends. maybe i mentioned this, but i don’t think i would have told you specifically to get it.

now inw rosemary, i might have told you to get that one...

i think it might have been @domejunky who told me a while ago that lovage root at low amounts is useful for balancing out tobacco blends.

I feel the same, but I do have lovage root coming and I had no idea what it was or what to do with it.

Apparently.........

Lovage tastes like celery, with undertones of parsley and hint of anise. It's mild enough to use with fish and poultry, but has just enough spice to make it interesting.

... just the thought is making me feel a bit ill, I hate celery, it tastes of plastic, chemical waste or something!

I'll have a try, if not I'll send it to you.... it sounds like the kind of revolting flavour you would enjoy.
