What's new

The Flavorah Tobacco Lounge

yeah, I will... I'll let it sit for a while after I've vaped this ml or so I have in my tank. That's kind of my process.. try it quick, then leave it for a week and try it again, then dilute and see how that is. It doesn't taste over flavoured though, it's tastes a bit weak if anything... kind of mild, you only really get the turkish delight thing at the end of the exhale/aftertaste... otherwise it doesn't really taste of much other than a little sweetness.

When is 5L not 5L? When you get it from Darkstar :hmm: :18:

this conneticut shade at 0.5% is good, but it’s too strong now after sitting for a couple of weeks. ffs man, i’ll need to dilute it :(

I'll contest to completely revising my mtl mixing especially since exploring more from flv and not just the tobacco's.
It just seemed logical to go higher than dtl but thats totally the opposite of what I've been finding.
At an estimate I'd say it's probably around 25% overall strength of what I'd use for a dtl recipie.
Think I'll have to test this out properly :hmm:

I'm wondering if zou is becoming flavour intolerant with all the plain base he vapes.

I think it's definitely a 'what you get used to' thing. Last time I vaped Manabush it gave me a headache because it tasted sooo strong to me, but I used to vape it all the time. Actually I think most pre-made tastes really strong to me now. I've definitely got used to slightly lighter flavours, not as light as Zou though. I think 1 or 1.5% of Connecticut shade as a single flavour isn't really that strong.... especially considering it's tobacco, which is by nature a strong flavour in it's non-vape form, sure you can taste it much lower, but I don't always find it that satisfying.. I actually think I could vape much lower nic with a strong tasting tobacco, it's a big part of the satisfaction for me. A few puffs and I feel much more satisfied when it's a strong flavour.

that’s the point though, what you think now is about right, in the future you might also find too strong, like has already happened to you once, surely?

this is the reason i think you should start very low and increase, rather than the other way round.

eventually we will get to the point where just the memory of a flavour is enough to satisfy. it might even turn out to be too strong. :)

Extraction-ist as opposed to a mixologist :2thumbsup:
