Had another bash on it, all I did was slightly open the airflow, and it behaved on my way home form work tonight

To get the right airflow can be miniscule movements at the end ive found

I've not had any so far. No condensation or nowt. But then I've been running it at 9w.

I've not experienced a leak yet. the airflow and pins have been dry as a bone so far.

Only issue i've come across so far is the coil floods when you fill up. Don't know if this is a coil problem, or if its the fill cap introducing positive pressure when you screw it back on, but it needs one or two rolled up bits of kitchen roll down the spout to soak it up, otherwise you'll get gargling.
