The strangest thing.

I made two 30ml bottles of peanut butter juice a few days ago. Both steeped for the same time. One tastes like peanut butter. the other is tasteless. I always mix like this. First add concentrate. second, add nic. Third add VG. I don't make mistakes when mixing, so this one has baffled me.
Any ideas folks to why this should happen?

I'm a bit OCD when it comes to mixing. That's why I put my concentrate in first, so I can see it is actually there. etc.

Are they both in the same type of bottle? And does it smell like peanut butter? Maybe ones just got warmer than the other and steeped faster

Both the same concentrate. Both steeped next to each other. And they both smell like peanut butter.

I didn't shake the bottle of concentrate. That's probably it. I did think that about it after I made the juice.
