Ordered 10m of kanthal and RM have invariably lost it. emailed to say it hadnt turned up and they have sent out a replacement 50m Roll for the trouble.
hows that for service.

Tbh im not really sure how these guys make any money. I ordered about £20 worth of stuff all in 10 metre lengths, they sent me everything i ordered except 3 were upgraded to 25 metres and 2 to 50 metres AND they threw in some extra silica which i hadnt ordered. all good quality stuff too. no idea how long 50 metres of .5 kanthal is gonna last me
