nope. last november and full implimentation 17-20th May 2017

all bottles 10ml
2ml max tanks
maximum nicotine 20mg
advertising ban (still waiting for more information on this)
at the moment zero nicotine not affected so larger bottles ok

The EU Commission is currently collecting consultations about a proposed revision of the Tobacco Excise Directive, changes which would include the taxation of harm reduction products such as electronic cigarettes.

Voice your opinion
The public is urged to have their say by completing the consultation sheet which should not take longer than fifteen minutes. The deadline to fill out this survey is on the 16th of February and till then it is of utmost importance that this opportunity for interested parties to voice their opinion, is spread as much as possible.

Well thank fuck we're leaving.
The UK would be very, very hard pushed to slam a taxation of any great degree onto vaping after RCP, Cancer Research and their own studies all point to all the good it's doing.
The EU? Well they can mozie on down and do what the fuck they want.

Was going to say we've had this already but I note the deadline is looming so good shout for anyone who hasn't added their opinions and as pointed out before you don't need to worry about the weird stuff, smok-not-burn and false cheroots or whatever it was, just focus on your say on taxing and what difference if any (ha!) it would make to smoking and vaping.

Plus, don't just think it's not relevant because at some point (possibly this century!) UK may leave the EU, data collected from consultations like this will be shared and used all over the world ...
