Not really a review as it's now old hat, so I've put it in General Chat.

I'd never been interested but liked the look of it at Vapefest, so ordered 3 from Ave40 for under £8 each when they had a clearance, just to keep as reserves.

Well, I'm absolutely loving them. I'm not concerned about the lack of a display, and I prefer the look and feel to the Subox.

For anyone who wants a solid workhorse or a backup, you can't go wrong at that price.

I'd happily have one as a back-up, despite the whines I've heard about pre-sets.

I brought one, probably 6 months or more ago purely as a cheap backup & it became number 1 from that day.

Brilliant little box, never had any trouble with it, simple to use & feels & looks great. It's now my evening sub tank box. Couldn't recommend it to anyone enough

I've got 3 of them, using one right now. They can take quite a beating, despite the fact that I would like a "kayfun" wattage preset between 8 and 13 I love my kboxes.

Bought one in a GB sale some months ago, still sitting in its box as a back up for the back up etc etc

I had a Kbox when I first got a sub tank, absolutely loved it great bit of kit at a great price. Now have a subox and its great too love the smaller size, more control over the wattage, better battery life display and built in ohm reader, still love the kbox though as it feels more robust and would be afraid of dropping it unlike the subox.

Nope...never wanted one. With such a limited spec device a mec makes a better backup alternative IMO.

That's how I felt, but a lot of vendors were using them on testers at VP and I really liked the feel. They're also exactly the right size for the Subtank+ and TFV4, and good for 23mm atties like the Taifun and Expromizer.

I like mine. Use it for work as im not bothered about scuffs and scrapes on it lol
