I ordered a kayfun lite + /Russian 91% clone from realvapes.co.UK the other week. There was an error on the site which meant although they were showing stock they didn't have any in.
I received an email straight away with the choice of cancelling of the order or waiting any getting a free bottle of liquid thrown in, not being in a hurry I decided to hang on.
I was emailed about dispatch yesterday an low and behold today the postie delivered my Atty and some vanilla liquid, I can't believe how quickly this arrived.
So this is a big thumbs up for Vincenzo @real apes for excellent customer service. You only get to know how good a vendor is when things aren't going to plan.
