Struggling to breathe for 10-15 SECONDS! Poor ole' Al must have shat himself.
The tip didn't show up on the x-ray because it was black. It's a scanner not a fucking torch! Who would have thought that "black" was radio opaque? Which it obviously isn't, looking at that scan!
If it went down sideways I would have died. No Al, you would have been short of breath and your other lung would keep on working.
