There's are Labs around that can test, but with all small business's, there are costs involved....and it's a bitter pill, but if they can't afford to have there juice tested then they shouldn't be in business....

Current pricing seems to be £220 to bring a product to market, £60 a year to keep it on the market and £110 to make an alteration to the product. Plus TPD compliance testing. Not sure if this applies to liquid or just hardware.
