The squonk issue, bubble tanks et al were covered by the recent HM gov committee report. Given that Brexit is inevitable at this moment in time, all TPD bets are off. It’ll be a genuine dividend as bottle size, tank size and nic content can revert to pre-TPD days. Then they’ll crack down on non-tested shortfills - something that’s well overdue imo.

In the meantime, any action will be reactive as a response to vendors bitching about other vendors. There’s no money or manpower to be proactive on the issue.
