TPD: Little to complain about..

Ecigintelligence considers the UK’s proposals for TPD implementation and notification fees are gentle on the industry. Are they right? It could certainly have been worse

Having looked at that the main thing seems to be that the mods themselves are not going to be affected at all and only atomisers, juices and the like will have to be notified.

I think things are looking as good as we could have reasonably expected.
I am still sort of waiting for a consensus to appear about what it all really means.
A year to get rid of non compliant stock is more than I was expecting I was thinking it might be half that.
If I had a small shop I would be investing my cash from the Christmas period now in order to ease the transition.
