Trouble sleeping.

Has anyone else experienced trouble sleeping. Only been vaping a week , used to smoke 20 a day haven't smoked at all since starting.

It'll be your brains connections re-engaging. All the shit in tobacco numbs your brain. It's pretty standard when you give up smoking. It will pass so hang on in there.

Hard to say after I had the heart attack in July. It is hard to get to sleep in hospital anyhow, plus I was all over the shop after for a couple of weeks. I have noticed that I sleep much better, and the wife says my snoring has stopped completely since packing in. Now that makes me wonder about all the products out there to cure snoring, I wonder how many sufferers are smokers? No wonder they want to regulate it, I think they are going to shit out on a lot of medical products if people kick the habit. We just associate smoking with cancer and lung disease, I think it causes a lot more ailments than that in people.

I haven't slept right for since my mum passed away, and now being single i dunno if my snoring has stopped, i know it used to be really bad.
But sleep, well, that just comes when it pleases

I had mild sleep apnea for years, possibly due to smoking, but never confirmed. Since giving up the smokes that has subsided, and the OH has said I don't snore as much, or roll around like I use to.
So i'm the opposite. Even though I also was on 20+ a day for 35 years.
Quite a lot is changing, things I've never known before, the sense of smell being the biggest one. Sometimes I wish I still hadn't got such a good sense.

I know some people use a nic free eliquid last thing, might be worth a try especially if you vape right before bed
