I made my first coils, primed and wicked, everything looking good at 1.2ohms 6 or 7 wraps at 2.5mm.
Put it together and all the juice leaks out... not happy.
Opened it up and it can see the top part was pulled up.
I took it off, put it back on, added a little juice and the same thing happened again.

What am I doing wrong?

I don't own one but that can't be how you wick it surely? .... what's stopping the liquid from just pouring into the deck?

I was threading in the long ass thread on the Dvawr and many people were saying to not use too much cotton or to do the S shape.
Do I need to use enough cotton to block those holes? Is it normal that the top cover will come off?
All the liquid leaks out the bottom air holes.

You need to cover those side holes on the collar with wick and yes, the top cover will pop off into the chimney until the o ring wears down a bit.

I had read that the cotton should be loose...
I wicked again making the cotton tight and fluffing it... it's working great.
This is a completely different MTL experience compared to my other MTL kits like the Vapresso drizzle.
It's is a lot more work to build a fill than I expected, but with the large tank, I shouldn't have to fill it very often.
Thanks for the advice @John R :2thumbsup:

I didn't use near as much cotton as the women in the video. I will try it with more next time.

Wait, people wick the dvarw like that? That’s madness!

@silk186 yes the cotton needs to sit over the holes to stop all the liquid running through the base and leaking out.

Yep. Cover the holes with wick people.
And remember to put the top cap on the chamber. Lol. Been caught out on that one.
