Hi all,

This is my first post, I'm trying to get some help/advice on my kanger togo mini 2.0

This past week i have been vaping with a 0.5ohm coil, the device is fixed at 20watts. I am using 50/50 liquid and getting some spitback with my juices which are quite sweet and dark (toffee donut, atomic waffle) and a lot of spitback with the two 70/30 juices (bubble icecream and creme brulee)

I am wondering if there isn't enough heat producing to vapourise all the liquid? I tried to check my seals but I don't have the correct screwdriver to take all off the screws off and check.

I am not sure weather to try 0.15ohm clocc coils which the manual says I can use, if my understanding is correct this should be less resistance therefore more heat and less spitback and proper vaporization?

Or should I go with the 1.5ohm coils? I dunno if 0.15ohm would be the answer to vaporizing the 70/30 liquid better?

My last coil lasted me 4 days on clear juice (menthol based) then I switched to the darker ones for 3 days and it tasted burned today and way less vapour so I swapped it out.

It's also worth noting on the clear juices I'm not having much if any spitback.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I believe 0.5 is as low as your going in the togo. There's some tc coils available I believe but they are not suitable for your device.
It's always going to be a tad underpowered due to the direct battery system.
The best vape will be available during the first period after charging with the sub ohm coils. The above ohm coils give a decent vale as i understand with 50/50 juices.
For a simple device most reviews are positive.
For less spitback with higher vg juices I'm afraid you will have to step up to an adjustable wattage mod and sub ohm tank. Should you decide to there's plenty of help here.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I think I am going to switch to a variable wattage mod and sub ohm tank.

Are there any ones you would recommend? I have done some research into the vapresso cascade, but I am confused about the size. Does the EU version convert to 7ml when you remove the isolation mechanism?

I will leave this one open to the forum for suggestions. (If you get no.response, pit a new thread up asking for mod and sub ohm tank recommendations).
Being a mtl vaper and squonk user mainly, I'm a little out of the loop of current tanks.

Ive got the togo, I think with the latest version it came with a 1ohm coil? When I looked at alot of reviews it seemed to come with 1ohm and 0.5 so maybe they feel the 1ohm works best? And removed the 0.5 coil
I used 0.5 and did get a little spitback but nothing too bad.
I used 80vg and it performed well but the poor battery life and short lived coils did my head in

Always a problem with devices that output like a mech. They start fully charged at 4.2v which is often far to high for a stock coil and add high vg liquid and you have a recepie for sticky burnt coils.
It's a shame as kanger nearly got it right very early on with the nebox. An all in one 75w mod/tank box but they forgot or chose not to add airflow control and it could be a tad leaky.

I wasn't getting burned coils as such, they would just pop after a day. I did buy the cupti a few months ago without knowing it had flooding issues, that would of been awesome if it wasnt for that

Yeah 4.2v converters to a very high wattage for both 0.5 and 1ohm coils so I'm not surprised.

I use Kanger toptanks and protank4 exclusively, and when i fill them I turn them upside down and open the vent and a few drops come out. Then you are good at go. Never blow into a tank, I messes up the cotton and creates poor wicking especially with the rba base. I hope this helps
