Twisted coil

Will a twisted coil work well with a mesh wick ? Think my tank is a copy genesis. I got some wire from my local shop and he said 0.16 mm nickel chrome would be fine ! This is all a little new to me so don't rip me to much guys

Never worked with nichrome, but if the resistance is anything like Kanthal I suspect that with 0.16mm you'd need to do a twisted coil

It worked ok on a little mini dripper with a standard wick

yeah if you twist with a drill i'd triple twist as 0.16 is very thin -
