Can I jump in here and point out that this vendor is not an advertiser on POTV. We don't want to lose members over money. A statement made in haste I think.

not all of us agree with the way this has been handled by us - I think a quick fire response was made to a situation that was already full of quick fire responses .. OS has even stated that in this thread as has Junglist

I for one don't think we should have got involved in the first place (other than to provide a way for THEM to reply, right to reply is a basic human right even in a court of law .. however they should have posted it themselves .. without doubt)

As far as I am aware, POTV receives NO money from UKecig store at all (someone please correct me if Im wrong)

blaming POTV for the actions of this vendor is daft, even if a mistake was made in its handling.

It's one item and no one was held at gunpoint, if some well heeled gotta have it was happy to pay well over the odds good luck to them as I think the chest beating soapbox owners should mind their own business, take the option not to purchase from the company and use all that energy to go get a life..

Storm in a tea cup, the auction turned in a joke very early on, nothing has been sold and has buzzed around the net like crazy, it made me laugh is all as it was either profiteering shot down in flames or an inside job to get noticed that didn't turn out so well.

Every vendor out there exists to make profit and is run by humans, some of which don't make the best decisions, get over it...

As for those looking to leave POTV... Great idea as I think you could use your forum time to get out more, seems like you need some real world experience and the chance to get something more important going on.

This is getting silly,yes the vendors been a d1ck, yes Potv probably shouldn't have got involved,yes it's probably all a cynical marketing ploy but for me,most vapers I've met or spoken too are all pretty switched on and not gonna fall for anything. Never used ukecigstore ,never will but think peeps need to take a chill pill and remember that what goes around comes around. BOOBS ;-)

Get as upset about the auction as you want, see both sides if you like, picket there shop, mention fun times vapefest (maybe not, that could bring trouble) but don't shoot the mesenger even if they did'nt deliver the message in the manner you would have preferd
