Good Morning you gorgeous Lot,

What has everyones experience been of different delivery services? we are currently using a Mix of Hermes, Royal Mail & DPD to try and find the quickest and most efficient in current times to get product to our customers.

Has anyone had any particularly good / bad experiences from shipping services lately? just trying to gather some data to make a more informed decision.

Thanks in advance.

Hardly comes as a surprise given these times, but thus far I have been waiting since the 15th for an RTA from a UK Vendor.
Strange really when companies such as fogstar can get their items out at what appears to be lightening speed?

I'm waiting on a few thing from ebay, mostly through RM, which are coming through in dribs and drabs. On aversge it seems to be a 6 day difference between predicted delivery and when it actually gets here.

Hi Rob, thanks for answering the post, any idea what services these two suppliers are using?

Everyone should expect delays and if it arrives in the given time scale then you are one of the lucky ones, I have been pretty lucky, 1 DPD order arrived on time, 3 with Royal Mail, 1 on time, 2 late but only by a few days, didn’t have a problem with that, and 1 with Hermes, still waiting, 5 days late so far, but still happy to wait...

Yes i have noticed about the same with royal mail, the tracked 24/48 aren't so mad but still delayed, i think royal mail are not working over the weekend which isn't helping.

We are currently trying Hermes instead and they seem to be getting parcels delivered in 4-5 days from collection

Ecigone have started using Amazon for deliveries & if ordered before cut off, delivered next day. It's an option when checking out or you can use RM as before. Not sure if they have an Amazon shop, never looked into it.
Most RM is taking anything from a day to a week but no biggie.
Only issue seems to be more parcels getting lost.

The Amazon deliveries from Ecigone are really good, Hermes for my local area {Redditch} is also good, Royal Mail is very very hit and miss I ordered from Manabush and Creme de Vape day before yesterday and they both arrived today! I ordered some batteries from Fogstar which took 15 working days to arrive, not their fault at all but just shows how different things can be.

Ecigone Amazon delivery has been excellent, fogstar royal mail excellent, a few other non vape related purchases has been a next day delivery, eBay is hit and miss with hermes, but only a day or two out.
