Have you tried distilled water in a mix ? Not 100% on the ratio but I believe it’s a thing .

I'm happy with using pg and I can quite successfully not use mesh...

I've been vaping now for years never a problem and the past 6 months ish

Go back to whatever you were vaping when you didn't have a problem for years.... then work out what of the new things is bothering you and stop using it.

Makes sense that it would thinking about it.

The boiling point of water (100°) is way lower than either pg (~190°) or vg (~300°), so any 'free' water would boil off instantly while any that mixed would lower the boiling point of the overall mixture.

Might be good for those that enjoy a crackly vape though.

Have not tried the distilled water, actually 1st time I've herd of it, this point i will try anything

Don't put too much in, and remember you can always add but can't take out
