@instantlady I sampled the mozzarella on it’s own, then blended it with various fruits, caramel and biscuit. Fig was especially good.
It’s actually really nice, not too cheesy but more like the harder slightly aged mozzarella than the fresh soft stuff that comes in balls. It gets cheesier the higher you go with the percentage.
I can’t remember anything more as it seems like ages ago, but I think I settled on 1-2% in a mix for it. I might dig it out and experiment with it again. I’m sure there’s a thread somewhere. I think @mattyk2010 liked it as well.
