Hello folks,

Well, after six weeks using two 650mAh eGos and Vision CE5s,I think it's time to up my game.

I'm getting frustrated with my current and very basic setup and feel the move into vv is going to help me find that elusive sweet spot. Fixed voltage 3.7v batteries clearly have their limits. I'm also tired of the whole CE5 stripping/cleaning routine and would prefer a rebuildable with a tank. While I can build new wicks/coils for the CE5s,I really can't be bothered. Doing this on my iGo-L is easy, mostly from an access point of view,so I'd like something whereby I can get easy access for rebuilding yet have good juice storage at the same time. The ability to store have more than 1.6ml on the go would be nice, but not at the cost of leaking all over the place. It needs to go in the pocket :-)

I want to go for a reasonably priced upgrade. I'd considered an eGo Twist, but why limit myself to 4.4v? It seems a bit of a halfway house to me,although I realise that I'll rarely vape higer than 4.4.

I've been looking at the Vamo V2 and it appears to be the best bang for buck around (I'm on a budget!). While I haven't seen any poor reviews, would be this a good buy? I want something I'm not going to get tired of quickly. Hopefully something that will be my mainstay, because I don't want to end up with a dozen different mods. The vaping money pit is deep and I simply can't afford to fall headlong into it!

Any advice/suggestions would be gratefully received,as usual.

Cheers,

Tobes

Vamo is an excellent bit of kit, and got me sold to vaping in the VW world. What type of budget have you got for the mod???

Vamo is a good choice but the twist is also a good budget entry, I rarely go over 4.4v when vaping with 4.2v being probably my average, lower ohms in the atties means I get longer battery life and I still get good vape and throat hit

Totally agree, got a Vamo last week and love going up and down the volts. 4-4.5v is probably the best, tons of vapour. Got the kit and came with a Nova Tank. Already recoiled my first wick just because you can.

Most people end up upgrading to VW/vv after a while so you might as well save yourself some time and money and head for the vamo as everybody has said. You really can't go wrong, and can use it in 18350 & 18650 which gives you twice as much bang for your buck as it were ;-)
you won't find anything as good for the same money IMO.

Vamo + AGA-T or smok RSST and that will give you a decent setup for a good price,
If you can get hold of one a smok RSST is better than a AGA-T but that's just my opinion and its only about £10 more
