Upgrading software on eLeaf ikuun?

Instructions are very limited for this so not sure what to do. I've downloaded the software and opened the program but the computer doesn't detect my iKunn 200. Any ideas?

Some mods need you to remove the batteries, hold down the fire button and connect.

if it aint broke dont try to fix it is my motto.
heard of too many mods bricked by upgrades that werent really needed.
if there is a problem with the mod then an update is the only option then yes go for it but as said it varies between makes and some say leave batteries in and some remove batteries and hold fire button in while plugging into computer.

Try a different USB cable... had to do a firmware update on an rsq mod recently and was pulling my hair out because it wouldn't connect to the computer. Swapped the supplied cable for another and it worked 1st time!

Yes try another cable..I think ones supplied with mods only carry power and not data so you need a mobile phone one or the like.

Maybe some mods...

I have 4 here that came with mods and I've used all of them for data transfer.
