Ok this is not the only way to wick this atty but for me it worked the best without any leaks and not a gurgle to be heard.
I have even blown down the chimney many many times and no liquid comes out and from what I have found a little liquid can be blow out of any atty as you could force it out the air hole but nothing you could call leakage.
First of all I filed 1mm from the edge I have marked in the picture this was to line up the holes equally when closing the juice control.
Holes equal both sides
First before adding wick I set coil thus just off the air hole, using a 2.5mm ID coil for this build but I have done it with 3.0mm and 3.5mm ID.
Feed the wick through and it should look thus once you have the first part of the juice control in place.
Now feed cotton through bottom slot and back through the top slot snip off excess wick level with top of juice control,Repeat for other side.
Now when putting the outer juice control ring on the cotton may look twisted like this but do not worry this can be adjusted turning the knurled section of the juice control just turn that and nothing else until it all looks inline, second picture.
Once done it will look like this
Sorry for the poor images but I only have my ipad camera
I hope this can be of some use to some, one note though I can only recommend this with 50/50 mix as that is what I use,the bigger vertical slot may need to be used for thicker juices.
Any questions or indeed improvements please comment here, cheers John
