Was vaping away quite happily and then... Vamo stopped working, wouldn't recognise any atomiser...

Finally figured out that it was the centre pin too low in the 510 connection, here is my fix :D

Using a very small screw driver prise the pin up, being careful not to detach the wire connection

Remove the grommet, in my case it was useless...

If you have a vivi nova head lying around, remove the plug grommet...

Use the grommet plug in the Vamo...

Reinsert the pin and I am now happily vaping again... :goodjob: Catching up on POTV threads

Hope this is of some help to some-one :D

Great idea, Gilliandrea, I'll give this a go.
I've been trying to get round to sorting out my original Vamo for months, kept thinking it was too much faff. That looks completely faff-free :P good photos too, helps cos :imstupid
BTW hope you got the concentrates ok, mine showed up next day :thankssign:

Many thanks for this, I had been trying my hand at re-coiling my VIsion VIvi Novas, but they, did not work, getting 0.0 and 9.9ohms, on the Vamo ...

I then decided to check the Vamo, with a different 510 clearo, not working, found this thread and 5 mins later, Vamo working, and my Vivi was also reading 2.2ohms and vaping a treat.

I actually used a grommet, from a Vivi clone, I had lying around, going to do my other Vamo tomorrow..

Great post, many many thanks .....

Graham.

Seems them Vivi novas have there uses after all, there are quite a few bits from them you can use to fix and adjust stuff. Good job :)
