Yay! I love it when someone posts a tasty looking recipe and I have all the ingredients required in my mixing drawer!
Just a quickie, I notice that you're using 40% flavouring for your mix (not counting the sweetener) Isn't that rather a lot?
Is it incredibly strong? Would reducing the vanilla custard by 1ml ruin your recipe?
Well, I find it to be almost, but not quite as strong as GVC, after a month steeping. I do like strong flavours though which is why I started DIY, I'm not sure if you decrease the VC by 1ml, if the Gingerbread and Cinnamon will 'take over' the flavour a bit, but worth a try. Or perhaps mix it slightly stronger on the nic base, with less VG, so you could add a little more VG/PG if you find it too strong a flavour? that way the flavour ratio would stay the same? Nell x
