We will be attending Vapefest 2014 again as vendors this year. Last year we hired a minibus to get us there.
This year we are thinking of hiring something bigger to help people get down to the event.
I have already priced a 49 seater coach which would have lots of room for camping equipment if that is what people intend to do. We still need to confirm if visitors are able to camp on the Friday night.
Pick up points in Edinburgh, Falkirk and Glasgow, probably quite early on the Friday morning to arrive in the afternoon on Friday.
Returning on the Sunday morning to get back via the same pick up points.
I know this may seem early but August is a busy month in Scotland and all the coach firms I have spoken to need to be booked in the next few weeks to guarantee a coach for those dates.
There would be a cost of around £30 per person with a non-refundable deposit. If there are more people wanting to come then we can look at a larger coach.
