before knickers get truely ina twist here folks look at the bigger picture for a second. yes its one charger, and yes we have an incident in birmgham.. but put that in perspective.. wasnt so long ago sony laptop batteries were going into meltdown , and iphones doing the same.
ANY electrical device can if misused, come from a bad source of bad batch, be mishandled or any other reason can go wrong.
BUT because its vape related people start running around like headless chickens screaming panic panic danger danger. and rather than try and persuade such headless chickens that vaping is safe its probably easier to point out the above , that even the biggest companies out there can and have had exact similar issues in the past.
was the vendor or owners of stores responsible or to blame when iphones and Sony batteries blew up ( nope ) so lets try not to "blow this up" out of proportion either. shit happens as they say and nothing is guaranteed 100% ( other than death ) and we have to put the point across that yes, this is an electrical device and as such should be treated with teh due care and attention of ANY electrical device.
