Thumbs up for giving great service and dealing with me by phone and email about a problem of mixed up shipping/delivery addresses. Aaron is a good guy to deal with and he'll get more trade from me.
Thumb tilting slightly down for a, one off, code to add another item to the same package. There was nowhere on the check out for me to type the code, as far as I could see and it cost me an extra £2.99 in shipping for 3 batteries.
If it was my mistake I apologise and, as I said, I'll do more dealings with them.
