Hi, I was hoping someone could help. I really want to quit smoking but having a problem

I recently bought an Innokin Endura T20s 0.8 sub ohm vape with 12mg nicotine liquid to switch from smoking to vaping, again. I was a heavy smoker, about 30 roll ups a day, i have used this same setup and eliquids in the past for about a week or so with no issues but went back to smoking, anyway all was going fine recently since getting back on it but after 5 days on the vape and no cigarettes I suddenly felt really lightheaded, dizzy and just pretty spaced out with high anxiety too, I went back to cigs for a day and the symptoms slowly subsided, I felt completely fine the next day after being back on cigs for a day, so stopped the cigs and tried the vape again today but this time at 6mg nicotine, was ok for a while but symptoms started again earlier but to a lesser extent i.e not as strong as before and seem to come and go. Do you think that it is just withdrawal from cigarettes, possibly too high nicotine still? (I vape about two 2.5ml tanks a day) it's a 70/30 PG/VG mix, as I said I have vaped this exact same liquid, device, brand etc in the past with no problem but I think at that time I had duel vaped and smoked cigs which makes me think it may be withdrawl as this time I'm only vaping. Or could it possibly something else I'm not thinking of? Maybe just psychological? I dont mind pushing through if it's just withdrawl symptoms but dont want to push on of it's something more serious, any help would be greatly appreciated.

dizzy light headed etc might be a side effect of a bit too much nicotine if you had been 'turbo-vaping' prior?? Possible i think if you went to town with a 12mg juice, less likely if using 6mg??

thing is i would expect you to do better with a stronger juice upto 18mg with a 30x a day habit to counter? and expect to stay on that level for a few months before considering a drop.

over doing a vape resulting a bit of a dizzy spell happened to me recently when i mistakenly substituted a stronger juice for the one i expected. it soon passed with a tad of nausea and i spotted the error.

if unfamiliar i can understand it causing concern and anxiety but i would suggest that once you have found your vaping stride and optimum juice strength you should not 'overdose' again..

** Also if you spilt juice on a drip tip or swallowed it in err it could also result in a lil dizzy spell etc..

12mg nic in a sub ohm tank is the culprit I reckon. You can get away with 6mg but most use 3mg.
Also, 70pg 30vg ! That'll be a bit harsh in a sub ohm tank IMO. Try 50/50 or 60vg/40pg if you can find some to your liking
Drink more water as well.

in simple terms thats nic overdose and the telltale signs are headache, diziness and then nausia. stopping vaping for 30 mins usually rectifys the side effects. dont worry its not dangerous and just a body warning sign of too much too quick.
sub ohm kits are best with 3mg nic but as i just replied to your other post its an endura t20s with 0.8ohm coil which isnt that powerful (16-18watts).
i think the 1.5ohm coil (8-14watt) would be more suitable for higher nicotine like 12mg but then 70vg may be too thick and 50/50 is better suited for higher ohm coils.

dalm, didnt notice it was 70pg or is that a typo and you meant 70vg?

Ru using salt nic? I read somewhere that if u use salt nic at too high a temp that it actually does release toxins

I only use freebase so i dont know too much about salt, like if it is blended in pg/vg...just something i read

I'm not sure, would 12mg not be a tad strong on a sub ohm? When it first happened I did accidently chain vape quite a bit and went through about 2 and a half tanks. The dizziness lasted a good 24hrs and felt like a slight hangover the next day, when the dizziness started I stopped vaping and had normal cigs the rest of the day and felt slightly better then perfectly normal within 24hrs

so you was still taking in nicotine going back on the cigs. if you had stopped vaping and not had any cigs it would of cleared a lot quicker.
sounds like you do need 12mg but using a mouth to lung coil so a tighter draw just like inhaling a cig. sub ohm direct to lung is like using a bong and you are intaking a lot more nic each puff.

I didn't have any headaches or nausea to be honest, just felt very lightheaded/spaced out and lasted for the most part of 24 hours. No its 70pg and 30vg, I think it's such a high pg to mimic the throat hit of a cigarette, I have had it before and was fine on it so insure what could be happening this time round

I do use it as mouth to lung and it's got quite a tight draw, it's only got 2 small air holes on the side

Btw, the other thing that can cause that diziness is lack of oxygen, i had to give up the trombone when i was a kid because when i tried to use it i would get really dizzy

I guess lack of oxygen, whatever happens when u try to use a trombone and your lungs arent big enough to do it, ya know
Or powerful, i should say, not necessarily 'big'
