Vaping and dizziness

Thanks, I've been using 6mg today, had dizziness earlier but not as bad and it cleared within and hour and feel fine now so maybe too much nic? I'll try 3mg on a lower pg and see if that helps, by too harsh do you mean the throat hit? I dont seem to mind the strong throat hit of high pg, is that all a high pg does, give a stronger throat hit?

Yup, high pg gives a big throat hit as you say. If that's what you are after that's fine. Just thought I'd mention it.
I still think it was probably a combination of too much nic and possibly slight dehydration. Drink plenty of water when vaping. Especially when using a high pg juice.

I didn't have any headaches or nausea to be honest, just felt very lightheaded/spaced out and lasted for the most part of 24 hours. No its 70pg and 30vg, I think it's such a high pg to mimic the throat hit of a cigarette, I have had it before and was fine on it so insure what could be happening this time round

Sounds more like a mild panic/ anxiety attack sort of thing to me. Could be triggered by withdrawal of cigs I suppose.

When i first started vaping i was chain vaping nic salts and on one occasion i made myself sick by over doing it. I suffer panic attacks anyway and having this feeling of feeling sick made me have an attack, alsorts run through your mind and you can't seem to stop your thought process. I now only vape nic salts when i feel the craving for tobacco, mainly after meals, Vaping some Manabush that was kindly donated by @MHL and really liking it, especially the Chiri Sun. Just cut down on your vaping, your body is a good calculator of you over doing it.

The tribute Chiri. also having a blast on the pow wow which is also quite nice. Got the Chiri in my Topside Single with the Profile RDA and the taste is amazing, Profile is my favourite atm.

Bloody love the Tribute Chiri! Powwow is good but for me the Chiri is in a class of its own. Glad you've found a great setup for yourself mate

@ForestMagpie The Profile RDA was made for the Topside Squonkers imo, really excellent taste, best taste i have had in my short career of vaping.

Easy to overdo it when vaping higher nic strengths, and it just creeps up on you.

I only ever suffer the dizziness when i check my bank balance after a buying loads more vape stuff

Tribute range is about the best tobacco type out there for me.

If your dizziness coincides with any hearing problems, like tinnitus, then speak to your GP. It could be an inner ear infection, or worse still, Menieres disease.
