Vaping and dizziness

Ru using salt nic? I read somewhere that if u use salt nic at too high a temp that it actually does release toxins

I only use freebase so i dont know too much about salt, like if it is blended in pg/vg...just something i read
No not nic salts bud, just normal freebase

ok so 70pg.
thought it might have had a 1.5 coil pre installed and a 0.8 as spare
i was wondering if the kit came with both coils but just googled and it comes with 2 x 0.8ohm so that scuppers that idea.
i have no idea then but hope someone else can get to the bottom of it.

12mg nic in a sub ohm tank is the culprit I reckon. You can get away with 6mg but most use 3mg.
Also, 70pg 30vg ! That'll be a bit harsh in a sub ohm tank IMO. Try 50/50 or 60vg/40pg if you can find some to your liking
Drink more water as well.
Thanks, I've been using 6mg today, had dizziness earlier but not as bad and it cleared within and hour and feel fine now so maybe too much nic? I'll try 3mg on a lower pg and see if that helps, by too harsh do you mean the throat hit? I dont seem to mind the strong throat hit of high pg, is that all a high pg does, give a stronger throat hit?

Thank you for your help mate

This all seems very odd and some great advice so far to try to get to the bottom of it. A question, you went from 12mg to 6mg but was it the same brand and flavour liquid? The reason I ask is when I started I had a liquid I loved the taste of and for days was fine then all of a sudden I vaped it one day and I felt nauseous, a bit sick and totally spaced out. I changed the liquid and I've not had it since. I can only out it down to something in that particular liquid that caused an issue for me. Might be worth trying a different liquid to be sure.

Good point. The 12mg was a strawberry flavour and the now 6mg is a silver tobacco flavour, both same brand. Doing a bit better on the 6mg, slight dizziness but it did go away sooner than when I had the 12 so possibly just the nic strength?

Do you think try a different brand? I order some 3mg silver tobacco and 3mg watermelon earlier from the same company so maybe try that out and if not try a completely different brand and flavour? What brand would you recommend?

The nicotine strength does seem to be the case on the surface so it's a good idea to try the 3mg and see what happens. You're vaping mouth to lung right?
As for brands I def think it's worth a try as there may be an ingredient that they use in all their liquids that isn't helping you. To help with brands, what kind of flavours do you like? I've seen you like some tobacco liquids, in which case I would strongly suggest you have a look at Manabush, in particular the Nokomis range and the Tribute range.

Yeah mouth to lung, I have used this brand before, about 7 months ago, the exact same liquid aswell just cant remember what strength, and had no issues at all even while duel vaping and smoking so not too sure what's happened this time round lol I'll definitely give them a try though thank you!

Well 3mg will be the lowest they go so start there and see what happens. You're doing well if you can quit cigs using 3mg like I've been vaping a while and vape MTL 12mg and DL 3mg.
Sometimes companies have to switch ingredients slightly so it could be that they have and it's a new ingredient that is causing the issue, it's rare but it happens. Manabush are excellent liquids in my opinion and the ones that finally stopped me dual fuelling and got me to quit the stinkies for good.
