Vaporesso LUXE X PRO Pod Kit - Help needed!

I'm a noob to vaping. I don't vape myself, but have to set them up for my mother.

I bought her this vape, it works fine for a day but after that it stops working. Message on the LED screen says 'at start'. This keep happening and I've got no clue why. I can't find any info in instructions or online as to what the 'at start' message means.

The Pod is still full of juice and the battery reads 95%. So, they are not the issue. Also, tried switching pod direction, turning it off and on again, etc.

Using a larger 5ml pod (right make) that come with coil in them and using 10ml juice.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Could you possibly upload a picture of the screen with the error message please.
 
when you say it stops working after a day, how are you getting it to start working again?

are you sure the message isn’t “at check”? this is what it does if you fire it with no pod in it. i am wondering if there is liquid or something under the pod that’s interfering with the connection.

The message is 'at short' not at start 🤣

I've got it working again by putting in a brand new pod. But then the cycle starts again. Works for a day then stops.

Now, I've searched for the right error message 🤦‍♂️I'm seeing someone on reddit say that it must be a dodgy pod. Which would make sense except I've used 3 pods, now 🤔

I should say that these are the pods I put in it. These are 5ml versions of the standard pod. I'm 99% sure they are the correct ones.

Try cleaning the contacts on the pod and the device, has it leaked a little. It may have juice on the contact parts.

That may be your issue, you can never trust buying from Amazon. There's a lot of fake pods floating about on there. You may be better looking on a vaping site for the correct pods you need. At least this way they are 99% genuine.
