Take the 0.4 pod and incert a small flat head screwdriver into the slots at the bottom of pod and push and lever until it un clicks then push from the top on the coil carefully then it'll pop out then take a sharp knife and cut the two raised silicone bits level then just pop back in and there you have it 3ml pod
