I reckon using a custard concentrate is cheating
I've only had one go at custard, and it did include a hint of banana, and I'll probably tweak in time but mine was:
20% total flavour (I like mine strong). All flavours Nanny Bakes Kitchen
The flavour whole consisted of:
40% vanilla
20% Banana
20% Old English Toffee
10% butter
10% cream

I reckon that blend would stand up without the banana, though I'd probably replace the missing flavour with more vanilla (so 60% vanilla and no banana)
I don't use any of the additives - never found the need

Thanks. Looks tasty to me. Do you think Bavarian cream could be used to replace the butter and cream?

My cream and butter flavours are very similar to each other, so I'd say so, yes - take care, though. If they're anything like mine, the cream is very sickly, so I usually only use it at 3-5 drops per 10ml of juice.

The banana in this is much more subtle than the banana butterscotch blends I do, so you might want to play around with quantities if you want a stronger banana flavour
