Nice. What about aperes ? Does it automatically decide how many amps or is it fixed at a 1 amp charge ?

2 batteries in the outer slots only will charge at 1A each. Fill all 4 slots then all will charge at 0.5A each

Or only use the middle 2 if you have 2 to charge, and want to charge at 0.5amps. This is what I do if I'm not in a rush.

Opinions differ, but some believe batteries last longer when charged slowly, but I doubt the difference would be noticeable on this charger. The main reason I do it is, contrary to advice, I generally charge while I'm asleep (usually about 5 hours max).
