Velocity RDA v2. Notch coil advice

Okay. You need to do better cool leg routing. Use a flat head screwdriver to bend the cool legs. Don't let the cool itself bend though. Also, do not let the cool legs curve. Bend them into position. I used bends that looked like 2 steps. Might not look good but worked very well in the tight 22mm space of the v2.

Also notice that the post hole screws are towards the inside of the posts. Take this into account.

No softer than other coils. I used wismec and non-wismec notch coils. But installed fine. All the same coiling rules apply. Used a screwdriver in the cool to ensure it did not bend. Also kept the legs routed so there was no bend on the coil. Thee most important thing is routing of the legs into the deck posts. If it's not done properly the. The cool legs will bend. When I get home tonight I will bend a notch coil and show you in a pic what I mean.

Pictures below. Velocity v2 genuine deck.
I am holding a notch coil next to the deck so you can see how it fits. It's quite easy. Also the legs of the notch are non resistance, so they will not get hot. Hope this helps. Got a spaced fused Clapton build in the v2 and really do not want to take it out. Still, if your having issues, let me know and I'll put some notch coils in. Also, holding the notch coil, not sure how you would bend or rip one of these. Bend the legs in 90 degree turns and make sure there is not tension on the coil. Even holding the notch up to the deck, you can see how easy it would be to simply screw the coil in.
