Vendors, Whos got the best deal on starter kits?

Got 2 more potential vapers asking me about e-cigs to get off the fags. I usually recommend the same couple of sites BUT being as though they are not on POTV, thought i'd be loyal and pass on Vendors from here only! Plus I can tell em about this wonderful 2nd home and the POTV discounts etc.
So who, what, where etc lol. Usual Ego type set ups with juice from same site if poss? Whats available? Thanks in advance.
