Just started mixing my own eliquids. Getting great amount of vaper with a 50/50 at 18mg nic, but taste is very hit and miss. Using 10% flavour fruit flavours are great but custard and chocolate isn't and very week at best even after allowing to steep for 10 days. Am I missing something?

Thanks

Which custard and chocolate concentrates are you using, and what percentage?

Everyone differs, but personally I leave custards for at least 2-3wks before trying, but each day for the first week I open the bottle, squeeze the air out, let some air back in, then shake it. I also use 15% of Kandi-hed's 'crazy creamy custard' flavouring, along with dulce de leche @2-3% and maybe some Bavarian cream at 2%. Maybe try a bit more flavourings added with a bit more steeping. let us know how it goes...

Also, for a choc one check out the thread I started earlier in the mixology section, again with a 2-3week steep.

Im using 10% which I think is way too low. Maybe 15 or even 20% would be better reading a few threads. Thanks

The flavour concentrations needed vary from make to make. Some makes of concentrates need more than others.

as above ...all makes are different strengths.
Some stuff can taste of nothing for 3 weeks then pop overnight.
To confuse matters further ,too much concentrate can start muting the flavour.

When it comes to fruit, i found it best to start at 5% (5ml sample bottle) and add 1-2% every night, checking the next day till it seems right for you.

Hoping for a pop in the night thrn lol The custard and chocolate milk are now up to 10 days, so I will hold fire for another week and see what they are like.

Im using kandi head from justvape247, anyone have any feedback on them or other flavours?

Thanks

Kandi-Hed 'crazy creamy custard' is, in my opinion, bloody marvellous. I made up some of the chocolate milk a while ago, prob try it later or tomorrow. Also tried 'monkey feast' which is peanut butter and jelly, very good, more peanut than jelly but worth a punt.
