I was watching a grimm vid where he was saying the guy who made the study said it wasn't true. Not sure where to find the article he was referencing. Going to have a look now.

On the radio news all day has been Cancer Research UK's claim that 1 in 3 people will contract cancer is LESS than the true figures.They're claiming that MOST people will contract some form of cancer,but there's no need to be alarmed as modern science has improved the survival rates greatly.

I don't quite understand it as The Mirror say that vaping/smoking/milk/bread/air/water/reading/writing & farting (oh,& missed red meat) also cause cancer,& the other Redtops state that anything The Mirror misses off their cancerous causing lists will also kill you with cancer,what I should do to stay healthy(irrelevant now as I just died from POTV causing cancer of the eyeball,or as a result of the cancer caused by complaining to IPSO)

I think Dave must have used his writer's art, he tweeted "We've conducted an assessment of your complaint against the Mirror & decided that this falls within our remit..." "...and a possible breach of the Editors’ Code of Practice." Result. Press Complaints Commission to press Daily Mirror for retraction and apology for the shite #ecigs #vaping #formaldehyde article

I just got in and checked my emails, I have the " I would be grateful if you could identify precisely all the alleged inaccuracies which you would like us to consider." in my inbox too, so if you post what you find on here we can make sure we don't miss any bits

Just looked at the article again and they've amended it slightly to add a reference to Dr F and to sneak in a line about vaping being generally regarded as safer than smoking.

I don't remember seeing either of those in the article originally, looks like they're starting to back pedal.
