Wattage button goes up but not down.

What goes up but never comes down? My wattage on my ijoy Shogun apparently! I can't seem to figure this one out but since I can't lower the wattage I end up blowing up my coils. So what can I do? Anyone know how to take this thing apart?

So what can I do? Anyone know how to take this thing apart?

Hopefully its not juice ridden, if it looks soaked then try cleaning the board with alcohol other than that the best case scenario is down button has come un-soldered or if the button itself is perished replace that.
