This is what bugged me here a while ago.
I purchased 1 litre of 100 nic.
So, you expect to get 1 litre.
But. When I measured it 100% precice to put into dark brown bottles, 50ml, to put in the freezer. Measurements were precice.
It was under by a couple of hundred ml.
I contacted the people.
"Hey, I payed for as per your site, 1 litre of 100 nic. It was under.
The reply "we measure by weight and we gave you what you ordered, weight and volume with nic are different"
Oh really, then why not say its not a litre and tell the truth of what actual volume I pay for! Its either a litre or its not a litre".
