So what are one shots anyway then?

It's a 10-30ml premixed flavour concentrate (various flavours - normally a recipe from pre-TPD that juice makers released as didn't need testing) that you add PG/VG & nic. A 30ml at 20% will make you 150ml & these are around £8-10 so cheap way to have your favouritees.
