There really are only 2 ways to take a draw from a roll-up/cigarette/cigar/doobie/pipe/shisha/vape/chillum/bong etc.
Either you solely use the suction generated by changing the internal shape of your mouth (using your cheeks, jaw etc) to draw the smoke/vapour into your mouth, and then use your diaphragm to inhale it onto your lungs..
..or you just use your diaphragm to inhale the smoke/vapour into your mouth and onwards into your lungs.
Some strange people used to smoke cigarettes the second way, which confuses the issue.
Some people used to roll tight unfiltered roll-ups, some people used to smoke Silk Cut Purple or Silver.
