It used to be 72mg but the tpd regulations mean that only businesses can buy the 72mg now. Us plebs are not allowed anything stronger than 20.

I don't think the regs make any distinction between freebase and salts.

It simply states no more than 20mg/ml and no bigger container than 10ml if it contains nicotine.

Although numerous websites do sell it as explicitly for vaping, in the UK. I don't think people care about the TPD too much - until someone gets absolutely roasted in court over a death or something.
