When all is said an done it is a lethal poison at high concentrations. Some regulation does seem sane.

But in combination with a large amount of alcohol, taken in a very short space of time - which means he had time to absorb it before he died - not surprised in the least tht a massive nicotine overdose would tip you over the edge.
