Hiya all thank you for taking the time to read this !
I haven't had a rollie for 15 days. I went to Tesco and bought a vapestick as I had to have surgery last week and needed to stop smoking.
I was amazed at the vapestick so I've been using vapestick bought the starter xl kit and a million cartomisers, and spent a small fortune ! I am using 2.4mg cartomisers and I'm happy with that not had any craving psychoness so yes totally happy ! but it is super expensive. More expensive than actual smoking.
But I like the ease of being able to throw my pre filled disposable cartomiser and just screw in a new one because I'm partially sighted.
Is it all fiddly with liquids and a million other bits and bobs ? I live near swansea so was going to go to vibrant vapes to see if that's any good.
What do you all recommend ? I love the massive throat hit and the amount of vapour I get off vapestick so am wary of getting something else but I have to get something that's cheaper lol but still gives me what I need.
Any advice would be brilliant. The least amount of fiddly bits the better, but needs must. I figure I'm going to have to buy a whole new starter kit and spares and that's fine, I just not sure where to begin as there is so much online and that's why I went with vapestick because there was none of the fiddly stuff, and well it was the first one I tried and was amazed but their flavours are not great.
I have heard of raspberry flavours and even candy floss and raspberry menthol !, and I want me some of that !!
Thanks all.
Nicola

Hello and welcome nicola charalambou first advice is not to type in yellow when I have tapatalk as I can see the thread very well!!

Pre filled can be expensive perhaps look to ego and evod, but would be well worth a trip to @vibrantvapers as they should give you some good advice and will give you chance to check out the options

Nice intro by the way and I will check out your music but too tired tonight!

Welcome to POTV, Congratulations on giving up the cigarettes. I'm sure a visit to Vibrant Vapers will be of benefit. they are a great company and I'm sure they will find something for you which will be suitable and cost effective.

Welcome!
Much like you, I started on a cigalike, and also as I went into hospital! I upgraded when that went kaput, and haven't regretted a thing really. I'd definitely go and have a look at something like the Ego kits, as they're as simple as they come really. A needle nosed top may be handy as you mentioned you were partially sighted, so there's less chance of missing the hole with this (I've been there, done that, got the smelly fingers from it!)

Hello Nicola and welcome. My first purchase, like you, was a vapestick from tesco. That was my introduction to the world of vaping. After a lot of online research, I then got myself an ego starter kit and a spare battery. Even though I've progressed (to fiddly bits and bobs) they still get a lot of use. As it's already been suggested, an ego and evod would be a good choice imo.

Hi Nicola , yes I also started with the Tesco vapestick , then after some research realised that there was a lot better stuff for your money that would make this much more enjoyable. You will find as you get into vaping we are all obsessed with the shiny stuff :) Just take it easy get advice and you cant go wrong .

Well done for giving up the stinkies you will be surprised how much better you will feel after a short time and your sense of taste and smell comes back, marvellous.

Steve
